Chi Chi Nudes Palette Review

Hey Everyone

On days when I just don't know what to wear, I just reach for my handy, dandy Chi Chi Nudes Palette. This palette is simply amazing. It is a 12 eyeshadow palette with everything for an amazing simple or dramatic look. I'd say in my own opinion it is a great Australian dupe for Urban Decay's Naked Palette. It basically has the eyeshadows from that palette in it so it is easily comparable. It's got everything for your day look, and even for a dramatic night look.

The eyeshadows are really pigmented and are not chalky at all. As this was my first purchase by Chi Chi, I was a tad hesitant with it, I thought it wasn't going to be good at all and I was expecting it to be very low quality etc. But since I've purchased this palette, I've been sucked into the Chi Chi curse. There is so much I want to try/buy from Chi Chi now, and I'm always entering their contests to possibly have some of their goodies!

A few other things I'd love from Chi Chi (Just a small list) is Status Lipstick, Classic Palette, Wrapped Around My Pinkie Lipstick and Pink Peach Blush.

What I've decided to do today is to do my first tutorial using this palette. I have created a day time and night time look because thats how wearable this palette is. Just a warning before I start - I know my eyebrows aren't filled. I don't fill them in because they are naturally thick and I've tried to wear them filled before but it just doesn't suit me. And I haven't got my entire face made in this either I only worked on my eyes then took it off because I didn't see the point of putting make-up on my entire face just to take it straight off.

For the day look I started off by using a primer, you don't really need to for the Chi Chi eyeshadows though as they are pigmented on their own. I then added shade #3 all over my lid, following with shade #5 to my crease and into my outer v. Finally finishing off with layering shade #4 over #5 for that extra shine.

For the night look, I have primed my eyes and added shade #8 all over my lid then I added #10 into the crease. You can leave it at this but for a bit more definition you can add #11 into the crease and outer v.

And both looks are complete.

So thats it for this post guys.

I certainly do recommend this palette so go get it!

Until next post, Keep smiling.
