Liptember Beauty Box Overview 2016

This box was simply amazing. 100% Worth the price, and the fact that all money goes towards Mental Health for Women is simply amazing. As a sufferer of various mental health issues, this is something I 100% stand by and, I always donate money to a charity when I can.

Liptember is basically where you were a lipstick each day throughout the month of September, to raise money and awareness for womens mental health. I don't participate in wearing lipstick everyday, but I have donated about $50 to the organisation.

This box was limited edition and for this month only. It cost $30 + $7.99 shipping. And its 100% worth it. Lets get into what was inside!

NYX Intense Butter Gloss Review

With the new launch of NYX being released in Priceline stores, with a bigger range than Target has, I thought its about time to do a review on my current favourite product by them. The Intense Butter Glosses.

I have got two of the shades in this collection, in Toasted Marshmallow and Tres Leches.

These lip glosses are highly pigmented, in which you can see with the photos below.

They have a very faint, but sweet scent to them.

Its an incredible smooth application for a gloss, and it is hardly even sticky too.

I find these are great on their own, or as a lipstick topper.

Empties August 2016

Whos ready to see whats in my trash this month?!

Apart from mainly tissues, 2 boxes of those I went through.

But heres what I used up!

I used up this cheap branded nail polish remover. Wasn't my favourite. I quite like the one I'm using now though. Wouldn't repurchase this one.

I'm throwing this out, its about half full, I just don't know how old it is and don't want to risk using it so I'm putting it in the bin. I probably won't repurchase this, as this was a sample anyway and I don't remember how I liked it.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in Light: I used this as a light foundation as it was my actual skin colour. It was okay. I have it in light now and I do get why everyone likes it, its just not my cup of tea as the shade fair is still too dark for my liking. I may repurchase it though. I don't hate it, its just not my colour like I said.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in Ivory: Again, too dark and this is lighter than the Fit Me. It just blends straight into my foundation and doesnt brighten which is what I like. Wouldn't repurchase.

Honestly, its been a month and a half since I used this and I can't remember how I feel about this. I think I used it as an exfoliator on my face in the shower. Probably wouldn't repurchase it.

I hated this since I got it, its the NYX Skinny Mascara and it is just so DRY. I used it once, and it didn't even apply anything. So I'm binning it. Wouldn't repurchase.

Maybelline Baby Skin Primer, used to be my favourite. Now I think it just feels nice but doesn't really do anything. I have another one which I'm trying to use up. But I won't repurchase.

Too Face Shadow Insurance. I felt like this was pretty good, but I only used it twice, so I don't know if i love it enough to buy the full size.

This moisturiser is so old I don't want to use it so I'm binning it. Wouldn't repurchase though.

You should know by now that I do love the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous, though I might go for a shade lighter next time as this one was slightly dark on me I noticed.

Lust Have It August 2016

This month's Lust Have It is the birthday edition. In my opinion it was a pretty good bag and I'm excited to use all of it.

I don't have my information sheet on me, but I will try to remember and find out as much information as possible about these products.

I cannot read the brand name on this as the light is casting over the top of it, but I believe it is Baimeni(?) Its a sample serum with Hyaluronic Acidand from memory the card stated that as your skin ages, it doesn't produce as much of this acid as it should. So I am excited to use this. There was a typo on the card, which they did apologise for in email, that stated that this product was a full sized one. When its only as big as my thumb. This is actually the deluxe size sample but the full size retails for $25 which honestly, is not too bad at all.

I've tried many Bioderma products. I used to get them in my Bellabox's all the time. This one is just the plain soothing cream and from memory this was pretty basic, nothing fantastic about it at all. This is the sample 15ml size, Full size retails for around $30* (*I found a few different price points, all around the $30 price mark.)

This MannaKadar product says it is a Bronzer and Highlighter. Highlighter, yes. Bronzer, no. Its too dark for my skintone for one, and too damn shimmer to work on anyone. It makes a gorgeous eyeshadow though. Retails for $21

This pigment by Gosh Cosmetics is gorgeous. Its a pinkish coral, and its simply stunning. Its going to be a major staple for me in the coming months. I got mine in the shade Pink Melon. I cannot find a price for this anywhere, but I think it was in the $20 range.

The item I was most excited for, Ofra Liquid Lipstick in the shade Mocha. I have always wanted to try Ofra Liquid Lipsticks, and Mocha is the perfect shade and I am too excited to wear this. Retails for $27AUD
